Cancellation / Amendment /No show Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
Refund Policy
1) If booking cancelled before 48 hrs. 100% would be refundable
2) If booking cancelled before 24 hrs. 01 day retention would be charge
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
